En janvier 2013, trois années après le tremblement de terre qui a frappé Haïti le 12 janvier 2010, 347 000 personnes vivent encore dans les camps. Dans ce contexte, l’enquête dur le développement humain et les droits des déplacés commissionnée par l’Observatoire ACP sur les migrations vise à comparer les conditions de vies des ménages dans les camps avec celles de ménages relogés et celles d’un groupe témoin.
