dc.description.abstract The FSR Workshop on “Affordability of basic public utilities” organized by the Florence School of Regulation gathered 36 participants from 12 countries. The Workshop was devoted to present the current knowledge on issues in affordability of public utilities, to facilitate a discussion between academics and interested parties from the public, private and voluntary sectors, and to explore the potential for a research program. Participants to the workshop were mostly experts from Academic Institutions, National Regulatory Authorities, and Energy Companies. en
