| dc.description.abstract | This comparative study builds on the individual country studies (hereafter “the reports”). These were conducted by the legal correspondents of the CARIM-East project to analyze a country specific legal and regulatory framework of labour migration management in terms of its effectiveness, flexibility, transparency and coherence. Each report summarizes the achievements of the countries, identifies problematic areas where further work is needed and related challenges, as well as making a number of recommendations. | |
