dc.description.abstract | Peculiarities of Russian immigration-related legislation can to a large extent be explained by the fact that citizens of neighbouring countries ? former USSR republics ? do not require a visa to enter the Russian Federation (except for the Baltic states, the Republic of Georgia and Turkmenistan)1 . Meanwhile, major immigration flows to the RF originate from these very countries, and they are largely spontaneous in nature. | en |
