Abstract
This article explores the impact of Tunisia's programme de mise a niveau globale (structural reform program) on the relationships between the state and entrepreneurs. Its purpose lies in outlining a contextual approach to the pedagogical measures that the Tunisian state has adopted in order to keep a balance between economic growth and social stability. The measures seem to pave the way for stronger state interference in the economic arena, on the one hand, and for a closer and unprecedented rapprochement between some lending entrepreneurs of the national economy and the state, on the other.
