Abstract
Since October 2022, Russia’s escalated attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure have caused widespread damage, severely impacting energy security and economic stability. Despite these challenges, Ukraine has demonstrated remarkable resilience, restoring power systems rapidly and advancing integration with the European Union. The ongoing war underscores the critical need for robust international support to rebuild and modernize Ukraine’s energy sector. Immediate measures such as delivering emergency generators and enhancing grid security must align with Ukraine’s goal of EU accession.
