Abstract
This book contribution contains a comment on Article 218 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU. It concerns the treaty-making power of the EU. It describes the whole procedures concerning preparation and discussion until the signature and ratification of any international agreement (of bilateral or multilateral nature) negotiated between the EU and any other sovereign entity (States or international organizations).
