dc.description.abstract	El gremi de velluters de València, creat en 1479, ràpidament es va configurar com un dels més rellevants de la ciutat, no només per la importància del teixit amb el qual treballaven, la seda, sinó també pel dinamisme del seu món laboral, especialment representat per l’elit artesanal, però també per la mà d’obra més jove i menys qualificada. El debat al voltant de la qüestió gremial ha centrat recentment la seua mirada en l’aprenentatge, considerant aquest com fonamental per a l’anàlisi del món corporatiu europeu a l’Edat Moderna. El present treball proposa l’estudi del procés d’aprenentatge al si de la sederia valenciana en l’últim terç del segle xVI a través de les cartes d’afermament. Aquestes permetran dibuixar, a grans trets, l’aprenent model, però també determinar la qualitat i quantitat de mà d’obra que aquesta corporació demandava. A partir d’aquestes dades es podrà determinar el grau de dinamisme del mercat laboral seder, així com les opcions de mobilitat social vertical i horitzontal que existiren en aquest, sempre amb una mirada comparativa que permeta situar aquesta corporació en un context més ampli, tal com proposa el corrent del retorno gremial.	ca
dc.description.abstract	The Valencian silk weavers' guild, created in 1479, quickly became one of the most important in the city, not only because of the importance of the material it worked with (silk) but also because of the dynamism of its labour market, especially represented by the artisan elite, but also by the younger and less qualified workforce. The debate on the guild issue has recently focused on apprenticeship, which is considered fundamental for the analysis of the corporate world in the early modern period. This article is based on the study of apprenticeship records to consider the silk labour market in late 16th-century Valencia. These allow us to draw, in broad strokes, the profile of a prototypical apprentice, but also to determine the quality and quantity of labour that this corporation demanded. From these data, it is possible to determine the degree of dynamism of the silk labour market, as well as the vertical and horizontal social mobility that existed within the local guild, always with a comparative view that allows us to situate this corporation in a wider context, as proposed by the historiographical current the return of the guilds.	en
