Abstract
The paper identifies and systematizes the challenges for successful implementation of the European Union projects at the T. H. Shevchenko National University «Chernihiv Colehium» (NUChK). Based on the results of interviews with the Projects coordinators, it outlines the prospects and directions for overcoming the revealed obstacles.
