Abstract
The current piece is a working paper exploring the European Union's Circular Economy regulation as a Legal Infrastructure that promotes the flow of normative meaning from the regime of EU product law to that of EU waste law - both featuring as indispensable components of CE. To this end, the paper draws on the theory of regime interaction emerging in international legal scholarship and applies it to the field of EU law and in particular its CE regulation.
