Abstract
A key challenge for policymakers and researchers focused on global health problems is understanding how research and evidence can connect to global health policy. Using a case study of universal health coverage and health security, this paper discusses the potential for leveraging ‘windows of opportunity’ for defining viable policy solutions and enhancing policy translation.
