Abstract
The study collects and analyzes data on the perceptions and views of women in managerial positions in local media in Serbia. It provides insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by women in roles such as directors, owners, and/or editors, shedding light on key aspects of gender equality in the Serbian local media sector.
