| dc.description.abstract | This chapter looks at radicalization processes in Italy in the 1970s, addressing the interactions between (new left) social movements, (right-wing) counter-movements and the state. The theoretical model suggests a relational and constructivist approach to political violence, that addresses the interactions between different actors as well as at the social construction of the external reality.
