In this paper I explore occupational class differences in employment contracts, fringe benefits and unemployment risks in Russia. Using panel data, I provide both a descriptive account of class differentials in these labour market outcomes and fixed-effects estimates of the effects of occupational class. I also discuss the dynamics of the class structure in post-Soviet Russia.en
