Does migration challenge a receiving society’s identity or do appropriate policies allow integration and social cohesion? Is Islam being integrated in Europe? Will Europe continue to progress towards granting citizen-like rights to migrants, including political rights? Is increased xenophobia in Europe caused by rising numbers of immigrants or by rising economic anxiety?
