Date:2025Version:The dataset is the result of desk research conducted in collaboration with the following institutions: the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UN-ECLAC), the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP), the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UN-ECA), the London School of Economics, Hertie School, Bocconi University, Teesside University, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the European Center for International Political Economy (ECIPE), and the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO). Each of the entries in the datasets includes specific references to the source of information, including the links to the regulatory texts. The main sources of the analysis are official gazettes of laws and regulations.
