dc.description.abstractThis policy brief examines the employment of Ukrainian migrants in agricultural sector in Poland, which is characterized by poor working conditions, seasonality and high levels of informality. The policy brief proposes two potential pathways for improvement: monitoring of working conditions in agriculture as well as preventing and correcting of unethical practices/ethical misconduct.en
