There is the pressing need to define a new narrative for Europe, as Robert Schuman did on 9 may 1950. 65 years after his original Schuman Declaration, a milestone in the process of European political Integration. Giuliano Amato, Élisabeth Guigou and Vaira Vīķe-Freiberga will present to the public a new narrative for Europe - a contemporary and compelling raison d’être for the EU.
