This dataset features systematic information on mobility restrictions within and across national borders that have been introduced in response to the Covid-19 outbreak between 1 March and 31 May 2020. The two waves cover the same time period, but the second wave has a broader geographical scope. It includes 27 EU countries, four EFTA-states as well as the United Kingdom, for a total of 32 countries as opposed to the 26 of the first wave. This dataset is used for the first part of the study "Citizenship, Migration and Mobility in a Pandemic" (CMMP-A)
